On the 13/11/25 . Kidsgrove Chess Club had two teams playing at the club the same time. Kidsgrove A beat Cheddleton B and the new Kidgsrove B team beat Fenton. This is the first time for nearly 30 years that the club has been able to run 2 teams. To have 16 people playing at the club the same time was wonderful and created a great atmosphere. A potential new member appeared making 17 people. he waited some time to play when one of the first matches ended.
